adz.lk website launched at Lake House to revolutionize advertising

The adz.lk website was launched at Lake House premises Monday (19) heralding a revolutionary change in the Lake House advertisement service, while enabling anyone anywhere in the world to post their advertisements on the Internet in a very short time.

This will enable customers to sell or buy their land, vehicle or other goods through www.adz.lk.

The new website was launched by the Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Lake House Chairman Anusha Palpita, and the initial advertisements were uploaded to the website by the Chairman and the Board of Directors.

The clients will have the opportunity to publish their advertisement on the website without any charge for three months from yesterday (19).

Thus, advertisers in the Sunday Observer newspaper ADZ magazine and customers visiting the institution directly will be given the opportunity to access the digital space from www.adz.lk.

Currently, this service is only available in English, but in the future, it will be possible to get the service in Tamil and Sinhala languages as well.

Deputy General Manager (Advertising) Chinthaka Prasanna Yapa said that for ten years the advertisement supplement was published with the Sunday Observer newspaper. He said that digitization in a way that suits the new world will generate more income.
