MIHINTALE  

The Mihintale Aloka Pooja was organised to mark the Poson festival by The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd (ANCL) for the 44th consecutive time.

This year too, Abans Limited was the main sponsor and the Ceylon Electricity Board was the co-sponsor of the event. The Aloka Pooja illuminated Mihintale with 50,000 bulbs.
