Sealed bids are hereby invited from experienced contractors for Supply and Installation of Aluminum Partition work at Lake House.
Site inspection could be arranged during on working days from 01st October 2025 to 13th October 2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Bidding application could be obtained from the Procurement Department, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited from 01st October 2025 to 13th October 2025 between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on weekdays on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-.
Bidders, who are interested in providing the above mentioned service to Lake House, are requested to submit bid documents including Company Profile, Reference list of similar contracts performed by the bidder in the recent past and all supporting documents to prove the contracts performed by the bidder.
Bids should be sent in a sealed envelope marked “Bids for Supply and Installation of Aluminum Partition work at Lake House” on the top left hand corner, to The Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, D. R. Wijewardene Mw., Colombo – 10 to reach on or before 15th October 2025 at 2.30 p.m.
Proposals may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
Bidders or accredited representatives will be allowed to present at the opening. However, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
